Kaja has 26 years of professional experience, including 21 years in the automotive domain spanning Simultaneous Engineering, Process Engineering, System Layout, Tool Design, Simulation, General Assembly, and Digital Factory Engineering. 

He is passionate about mentoring and developing engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence. 

With extensive onsite experience at customer locations—including key assignments in Germany and North America—Kaja has built a strong global perspective and cross-cultural agility. These international engagements have sharpened his ability to deliver high-quality, customized solutions across diverse industrial environments, consistently meeting client expectations and navigating complex operational challenges. 

He has successfully led the end-to-end delivery of complex projects for multiple OEMs, driving excellence from initiation to completion. Through a focus on budget discipline, strategic resource management, and proactive risk mitigation, Kaja ensures outcomes that align seamlessly with both business objectives and customer requirements. 

Kaja resides in Chennai, India, with his wife and two children.’
